ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR BUTTERFLIES AND 5K RUN/WALK will be available in April of 2018.  Early Registration for both is encouraged! 

Both online registration for Butterflies and Run/Walk Events will close Thursday June 14, 2018

 Although,  both registrations will be welcome the day of our event!

7:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m./2:00 p.m. ~ Silent Auction

7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. ~ Knights of Columbus Breakfast $5.00

7:30 a.m. ~ 5K Run/Walk Starts

Registration: 6:45 a.m. to 7:15 a.m.

8:30 a.m. ~ Children's Fun Runs

Registration 6:45 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.

  8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Booths Open ~ Variety of Activities 

Be The Match Bone Marrow Donor Drive also

9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. ~ Penny Carnival

9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Entertainment provided by local artists will be on stage (see below)

1:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. ~ Silent Auction Wrap-Up

2:15 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. ~ Live Auction

3:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. ~ Reading of the Names Ceremony

The names that are read are of those loved ones who have been recognized on the "Wall of Hope"

Approximately 3:15 to 3:30 p.m. ~ Live Butterfly Release

(On Outside Stage)/(Weather Permitting)

GREAT FOOD WILL BE AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE DAY
