ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR BUTTERFLIES AND 5K RUN/WALK IS CLOSED 

 

BUT,  REGISTRATION FOR 5K RUN/WALK AND FUN RUNS AND FOR BUTTERFLIES WILL BE AVAILABLE IN APRIL OF 2019 AND  SATURDAY AT THE EVENT.  PLEASE COME!!

7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. ~ Knights of Columbus Breakfast $5.00

7:30 a.m. ~ 5K Run/Walk Starts

Registration: 6:30 a.m. to 7:15 a.m.

8:30 a.m. ~ Children's Fun Runs

Registration 6:305 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.

  8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Booths Open ~ Variety of Activities 

Be The Match Bone Marrow Donor Drive also

9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. ~ Penny Carnival

9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Entertainment provided by local artists will be on stage (see below)

1:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. ~ Silent Auction Wrap-Up

1:45 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.  ~ Thank yous/Hope Awards

Approximately 2:00 p.m. ~ Live Auction

 Reading of the Names Ceremony ~ to follow Live Auction

The names that are read are of those loved ones who have been recognized on the "Wall of Hope"
